PHILADELPHIA >> More than a day in advance of the Pope’s arrival, SEPTA passengers are going to face some changes in their routine.
Suburban Station will be closed all day Friday, along with the adjacent 15th Street station on the Market-Frankford Line and City Hall station on the Broad Street line.
In addition to the closures, regional rail trains will be running on a Saturday schedule. For many lines, that reduces trains to once an hour.
Friday night is when traffic restrictions begin in Center City Philadelphia. No buses will be able to access Center City between Washington Avenue and Cecil B. Moore.
